What You'll Do:
Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, frame straightening, panel replacement, and refinishing.
Sand, mask, prime, and paint vehicles with high attention to detail.
Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Use frame machines, spot welders, and refinishing tools efficiently and safely.
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 3–5 years as an Auto Body Technician (collision repair experience strongly preferred).
Education: Completion of a recognized Trade School program or valid certification/license in Auto Body Repair.
Skills: Strong knowledge of repair techniques, excellent attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
Assets: I-CAR certification or equivalent training is a plus.
