Grande Prairie Wheaton Chevrolet, a growing Chevrolet, Cadillac, Corvette Dealer is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in the Collision Center. If you are experienced in the role of an Auto Body / Collision technician and are looking to explore a new opportunity, then we would love to speak with you about our full time opening.
Responsiblities:
· dismantle & repair vehicles per insurance guidelines & shop standards
· ability to operate a frame machine & measuring system to straighten frames & utilize bodies
· replace & repair body panels, bumpers, structural panels & frame components
· feather, block & sand panels. Apply undercoating & corrosion protection materials
Requirements:
Journeyman certfication
Icar experience an asset
long term employment goals
valid driver's license
safety & quality driven
positive attitude, punctual, efficient & hardworking
ability to work independently and well with others in a fast paced environment
ability to multitask, work under pressure & communicate in a professional manner
willing to relocate to Grande Prairie, AB. Relocation assistance offered
