Responsibilities
Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including bodywork and structural repairs.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Execute sheet metal work, including cutting, shaping, and welding as needed.
Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a professional finish.
Estimate repair costs accurately and communicate findings to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues.
Proficiency in sheet metal work, welding, and auto painting techniques.
Familiarity with auto estimating processes is preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
