Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using various hand and power tools. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Cutting out rust and welding in new metal.
Fabricating and installing patch panels and body sections.
Helping out with basic prep and light paint work.
Occasionally handling minor frame tweaks when the job calls for it.
Keeping your bay clean and organized.
Skills
Solid MIG welding skills. TIG is a bonus
Experience with sheet metal and body repair.
Familiarity with shop tools and basic bodywork.
An eye for detail and pride in doing things right.
A good attitude! No egos, just solid work.
Nice to Have:
2+ years in an auto body or restoration shop.
Red Seal or similar certifications.
Valid drivers license.
