Your Role: Auto Parts Counter Professional As an Auto Parts Counter Professional, you’ll report directly to the Store Manager and be at the heart of our inside sales activity

You’ll build and maintain lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the best service and support

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with existing customers

Sales Excellence: Close sales to achieve goals and drive growth

Professional Interaction: Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner

Customer Familiarity: Get to know our customers and understand their needs

Problem Solving: Locate hard-to-find parts and negotiate with vendors for the best deals

Accurate Quoting: Provide precise quotes and follow up with customers to ensure orders are placed

Sales Tracking: Track lost sales and promote company specials

Collaboration: Assist colleagues when needed and foster new sales opportunities

Order Fulfillment: Fulfill customer orders from various sectors, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships
