Job Title: AutoCAD Designer
Department: Design & Planning / Engineering
Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to join our real estate township development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for master planning, infrastructure layout, architectural designs, and civil works related to residential and commercial townships. Experience in real estate and township layouts is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify 2D and 3D architectural, civil, and infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD.
Prepare detailed township layout plans including roads, plots, amenities, utilities, and common areas.
Draft building plans, floor layouts, elevations, and sections based on design inputs.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project teams for drawing development and revisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, local authority guidelines, and development control norms.
Assist in preparing drawings for land approvals, RERA, and local municipal submissions.
Maintain and organize project drawings, design files, and documentation.
Support site teams with drawing updates, changes, and redlining during execution.
Incorporate survey data and topographical inputs into planning drawings.
Ensure timely delivery of quality drawings for design approvals and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D preferred); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
Minimum 25 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of plotting rules, setback norms, and township planning concepts.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in layout design of plotted townships, real estate projects.
Familiarity with government submission formats and RERA documentation.
Basic understanding of civil construction practices.
Salary: As per industry standards
