Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Autocad Designer at Ultracoustic. The Autocad Designer will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, construction drawings, space planning, and other related design tasks to contribute to the development of acoustical products and materials.
Qualifications
• Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills
• Ability to create detailed drawings and space planning layouts
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the design team
• Proficiency in Autocad and other relevant design software
• Knowledge of acoustical principles and materials is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
Drafting and designing: production drawings. Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
· Study and developing details from clients’ preliminary drawings and instructions.
· Conducting meetings with clients and review the changes required, study the impact, and prepare the drawing revisions.
· Coordinate with the site team for the site condition and site surveying.
· Preparing concept designing, production drawing, and fixing detail drawings in CAD. Getting client review and briefing the production team.
· Coordination with project coordinators and production supervisors and installation supervisors, to ensure the work progress and plan.
· Drafting and designing: AutoCAD Drafting / Shop Drawings /architectural and structural/Electrical/MEP, technical, Interior designing experience
Preferred:
· candidates from Interior fitouts Industry background
· Knowledge & skills in Autocad & 3D
· Ability to do the interior, furniture work & MEP work shop drawing properly
. Knowledge of Artcam is a Plus
