Role Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers across various engineering domains, using CAD software on a global scale. You will gain valuable international exposure by interacting with CSPL clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers using our CAD software via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance. Assist clients with installation, activation, licensing, and upgrade of CAD software. Troubleshoot software errors, compatibility issues, and performance problems. Guide customers on best practices, commands, and workflows in AutoCAD to enhance their productivity. Conduct online or onsite training sessions for customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills
B.E or B.Tech Mandatory Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Aerospace or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D design). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
