Company: Interior Decorator and Architectural Firm
Job Title: Draftsman
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced draftsman to join our growing interior decorator and architectural firm. The draftsman will be responsible for drafting and designing using AutoCAD and create detailed drawings.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
1) Create multiple concepts and present it to chief architect for approval
2) Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD, layouts and prints
3) Create Bill of Material for the finalised design
4) Create 3D views of selected designs
5) Create and maintain logical folder structure and used latest data management practices with periodic data backup
6) Explain designs to working teams such as carpenter, POP, plumber and electricians
Qualifications:
- Diploma with relevant experience of 5 years in drafting for interior and architectural firm using AutoCAD. Knowledge of productivity tools and advance commands in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of interior and architectural work with latest materials and design trends.
- Knowledge of creating 3D using AutoCAD or any other industry leading software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
