Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and specifications.
Produce detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of drawings revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation as needed.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in civil drafting.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in civil drafting.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Associate degree or certification in drafting or a related field (preferred).
