The Enterprise People Technology team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology across the enterprise. What you'll do:
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and effective communication.
• Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, addressing potential roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, conducting thorough reviews to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Support discovery and product documentation, including hands-on requirements gathering and creation of PRDs.
• Develop clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, fostering transparency and trust.
• Proactively address project-related challenges, employing strong problem-solving skills to maintain momentum.
• Drive adoption of industry-leading project management methodologies, refining processes to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and identify improvement opportunities.
What you'll bring:
• 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry, with ownership of programs/products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects with aggressive schedules and significant business impact.
• Strong communicator in both verbal and written forms, adept at communicating upwards, outwards, and downwards.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with object-oriented development and design, preferably in both client and server development solutions.
• Experience and proficiency with web technologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Preferred: Experience in SAP/Payroll, including configuration, implementation, and project management. Familiarity with SAP HCM modules, payroll processes, and compliance.

As an Automated Regression Tester for the Automated Regression Testing Team, you will be responsible for developing new tests to fill coverage gaps, enhancing the efficiency of the current regression test suite, and executing & diagnosing failures.
• Transform business test cases into automated test coverage.
• Develop repeatable, fully automated tests using the Tricentis TOSCA tool, with no manual intervention required.
• Provide creative solutions to challenges encountered during the development of repeatable automation.
• Rapidly update tests based on application changes.
• Contribute to the development of lights-out automation.
• Create test coverage using risk-based testing techniques.
• Execute unattended testing and maintain the test environment.
• Fill coverage gaps from the previous WORKSOFT test suite to the current TOSCA test suite.
• Maintain the current TOSCA test suite.
• Add new test coverage to support updates to the ELIAS application.
• Develop additional validations for new and existing tests.
• Enhance the test suite to support testing against multiple versions of the application.
Requirements:
• Experience developing automated test cases using TOSCA.
• Thorough knowledge of automated functional regression testing, data-driven test development techniques, object recognition, test validation, lights-out unattended automation, and following framework and guidelines established by QA leads.
• Ability to transform business test cases into automated test coverage.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to challenges in developing a repeatable automated test suite.
• Ability to develop basic SQL queries for database validation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use third-party tools and system utilities.
• High levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a project team.
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and continuous testing.
• Experience with Medicaid Eligibility, 508 testing, and CMS regulations.
• Experience working in Agile project methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience with risk-based testing techniques.
