Overview

Lead high-impact AI and automation delivery engagements across the ANZ region, bringing strategic direction, solution innovation, and operational excellence to complex client programs. You will champion AI-first transformation—with automation as an accelerator—while shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable value for clients.

Responsibilities

Drive delivery excellence of large, complex AI-led programs, embedding automation where it amplifies business outcomes.

Shape and implement Generative AI adoption strategies across the ANZ market, aligning innovation to client needs and industry trends.

Lead solutioning and deployment of AI within the Technology Delivery Lifecycle (TDLC), including AI Ops, ML, Data Ops, and complementary automation frameworks.

Act as a trusted C-suite advisor, articulating the strategic and operational value of AI-first solutions.

Mentor senior teams of delivery managers and technical leads, building next-generation capability in AI engineering, AI Ops, and applied automation.

Contribute to thought leadership, reusable IP, and capability building, strengthening Accenture’s AI positioning in the region.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven success delivering large AI-first programs with automation as a supporting capability.

Deep expertise in AI Ops, Machine Learning, Data Ops, and Automation frameworks.

Strategic leadership with the ability to bridge AI vision and business value.

Exceptional client advisory, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Demonstrated track record of leading diverse, high-performing technical and delivery teams.
