Job Overview/Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & AI Specialist with expertise in Prompt Engineering, API integration, AI model fine-tuning, web scraping, and Zapier automation. The specialist will work at the intersection of AI and automation, building scalable systems to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts for AI models to improve performance and output quality.
• AI Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune and customize AI models, particularly ChatGPT, using internal datasets and OpenAI’s API to meet specific business requirements.
• API Integration: Lead the integration of APIs between various platforms for efficient data exchange.
• Web Scraping: Build and maintain web scraping solutions using Python and tools like Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, or Selenium to gather and process online data.
• Zapier Automation: Design and manage Zapier workflows to automate repetitive tasks across different platforms.
• Model Training: Train AI models using internal data to enhance performance for specific use cases.
• Data Analysis: Analyze scraped and integrated data to generate actionable insights and improve AI models and automation processes.

Primary Skills
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering to optimize AI model interactions.
• Experience with AI model fine-tuning, especially with ChatGPT and OpenAI’s API.
• Strong proficiency in Python for API integration and web scraping.
• Experience with web scraping tools like Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, and Selenium.
• Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
• Data analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
• Understanding of API protocols, including RESTful APIs and OAuth.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, API integration, web scraping, and AI model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience in training AI models with specific datasets.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
