What you will be doing: · Identify bottlenecks in automation testing · Quick scale-up / scale-down environments with the correct configuration. · Work closely with Senior Architects on automation opportunities · Help build faster execution of QA Tests · Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing. · Help achieve a fine balance between UNIT testing, Functional testing & Regression testing. · Help achieve a fine balance between API testing & E2E testing. · Help achieve simulated testing of external interfaces. · Take part in design discussions with Developers, Product managers, and Architects for the test suits design & related estimations. · Get production data to replicate complex production issues. · Ensure optimal performance, quality, and automated unit testing. · Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. What you will need: · Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. · 10+ yrs exp in Automation, DevOPS. · Proficient in automation technologies & should have the ability to find opportunities for automation in business works and SDLC processes. · Good knowledge of DevOPS fundamentals & related tooling. · Good knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Shell Scripts, Java, JavaScript, groovy · Enough knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes or Ansible, or Chef. · Knowledge of RPA would be an added advantage. · An exposure of GENAI Technologies like Co-Pilot or similar models. · Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS – PostgreSQL or Sybase · Functional knowledge of US Trading. · Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded. · Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals. · Excellent problem-solving skills. · Self-motivated & should drive developments/enhancements independently.
