This role is part of ET Intelligent Automation function responsible for providing 24 X7 platform and application support for RPA processes supporting internal functions.
Position Summary
The role encompasses providing Level L1 technical support for BOT’s developed on UiPath or BluePrism RPA platforms. It includes:
Basic troubleshooting for any issues related to RPA processes.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Logging and escalating issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents
Manage coordination and support during Critical incidents
Ability to follow guidelines and procedures defined by Level 2/3
