Objective of the position:

We are seeking a highly skilled LabVIEW developer to join our team and develop innovative LabVIEW-based applications and systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in LabVIEW programming language and software development, as well as a strong background in automation field. The LabVIEW developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications and systems that meet functional requirements and quality standards. The developer will also provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Our goal is to leverage LabVIEW technologies to improve our business operations and enhance the customer experience.

This is your role. What part will you play?

Develop software applications and systems using LabVIEW programming language.
Design and implement custom user interfaces using LabVIEW & PLC tools and technologies.
Test and troubleshoot LabVIEW programs and systems to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system integration solutions.
Participate in the development of software and hardware specifications for LabVIEW systems and applications.
Create technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
Stay up to date with LabVIEW tools and technologies to ensure the use of best practices in software development.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Experience Required:

BE/ B. Tech with min 8 - year relevant experience

Education Specialization: Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical/E&TC.

Explicitly worked on automation projects (Design, programming, and commissioning).

Experience with LabVIEW-based test and measurement systems.
Hands-on experience in developing test, measurement & control setups using LabVIEW with National Instruments hardware such as DAQ, PCI,
USB, & PXI & other NI real time hardware’s.
Experience in handling various tools of LabVIEW like Report generation, FPGA hardware’s, etc.
Integration of various high speed measurement instrument using LabVIEW like laser sensors, CRO, solid state power sources etc.
Experienced in developing precision high speed data collecting & analyzing quality controls setups using LabVIEW.
Should have good know of siemens PLC system for customized requirements of critical cycle time. Experience in LabVIEW communication with
SIEMENS PLC.
Test and troubleshoot LabVIEW programs and systems to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
Excellent domain expertise in industrial communication protocols GPIB, TCP/IP, Ethernet (LXI), USB, RS232 serial, PCI-PXI, PCI-PCI, PCI Modbus,
Profinet, Profibus, etc. Handling communication with instrumentation devices like current meters, solid state power supply etc.
Installation & commissioning, production support of projects at local as well as vendor locations.
Create technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
Experience in PC based software’s like (NodeRED, VB) will be added advantage.
Experience in working with electro pneumatic systems, sensors, and actuators.
Knowledge about machine safety Standards (ISO 1384+:2015, ISO 13850:2015) & EHS standards ( ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 )
