Job Title: Automation Maintenance Technician (6-Month Contract)
Pay Rate: $35-38/hour (W2)
Shift: First or Second Shift
Duration: 6 months
Job Summary:
The Automation Maintenance Technician ensures optimal performance of automation equipment to meet production goals, improve process efficiency, and manage preventative maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, and supporting equipment overhauls and installations in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and preparation of production machinery.
• Operate and maintain lathes, mills, grinders, and various tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, equipment modifications, and capability studies.
• Maintain equipment logs and coordinate compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EPA, OSHA, etc.).
• Collaborate with other departments and support special projects as needed.
