EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• 6+ years of Experience in Automation & Performance Testing
• Hands-on experience in developing automation scripts (advanced level) with Selenium
• Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation.
• Hands-on Automation Framework Implementation.
• Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Cases.
• Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues in framework.
• Hands-on experience in developing performance scripts using LoadRunner / JMeter
• Well versed with performance requirement gathering
• Hands-on experience in writing performance test plans • Very good experience in monitoring tools
• Must be able to assist development team in finding out the performance bottlenecks
• Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
• Able to present demos to customers • Handle and resolve customer escalations effectively
