Job Title: Automation Platform ArchitectJoin our team as a key contributor in defining and advancing business process automation initiatives using technologies such as UiPath RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and leading Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools. The Automation Platform Architect will design architecture, lead global automation solution implementations, and oversee delivery and ongoing support. This role partners with diverse business and technology teams to understand current processes, define requirements, design workflows, and guide development, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency.Position: ContractTime zone : CST time zoneRefer a candidate and earn Inr 50000!!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the company’s Automation Platform architecture and lead automation solution delivery.Design scalable, modern architectures that align with the company’s automation strategy.Provide technical leadership and guide automation implementation in agile environments.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation plans using the UiPath suite.Stay current on automation trends and influence adoption strategies.Define architecture standards and lead solution execution.Establish and manage infrastructure requirements for automation deployments while ensuring IT security compliance.Collaborate with company stakeholders to communicate solution roadmaps and rollout plans.Troubleshoot technical issues, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.Maintain thorough documentation of automated processes and systems.Optimize automation performance and resolve operational issues.Support operations with issue escalation and SLA adherence.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with 9+ years of experience, or a Master’s with 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering MS Power Platform and UiPath RPA projects.Proven experience as a Power Platform architect with strong knowledge of RPA concepts, ideally in a regulated manufacturing environment.Strong technical project management expertise.Experience with IDP platforms such as ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture, AWS Textract, or UiPath Document Understanding.Certifications in MS Power Platform, UiPath, or equivalent RPA platforms are preferred.Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies.Understanding of FDA regulations related to Software Quality and Systems Validation.Preferred SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and UiPath.Strong programming experience (e.g., .NET, Python, PowerShell).Knowledge of relational databases and IT infrastructure.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Background in healthcare or medical device industries is an asset.Knowledge of GxP practices and global business operations.Familiarity with FDA Software Quality and System Validation requirements.Strong understanding of enterprise information systems across business functions.
