Responsibilities:
• On-site installation, configuration, and programming of smart home/office automation systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
• Staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
SKILLS:
• Software proficiency: Office Suite, AutoCAD, Control4 Composer, ETS-KNX
• Reporting and data analysis
• Deadline management and time optimization
• Confidentiality and data security
• Client relationship management and customer service
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
