As the Solutions Enablement Professional in our Client Services Automation team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
You will act as a key engagement point with teams globally on driving innovation/efficiency through technology, workflow and automation solutions. You will be responsible to build a scalable solutions, adhering to governance and controls, allowing to scale, support our growing business and deliver service alpha. You will collaborate/partner/integrate with related functions/groups in the broader organization (India & Global).
Job Responsibilities :
Managing project life cycle end to end and delivering the automation solution using intelligent automation tools. Support the maintenance of the automation solution on going basis.
Understanding the governance and adhere to documentation & controls
Defining the priority of issues / change (defects) for the respective projects
Working on workflow solutions and driving implementation across India teams
Collaborate with business and technology teams globally to achieve goals of the team and b uild strong working relationships with technology, controls & operations to succeed in delivery
Maintain group mailbox, trackers and working on MIS reporting. Provide regular updates to local and global management on initiatives and project status
Assist training to junior colleagues where relevant and p articipate in other activities relevant to the new business process and the department function
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
Bachelor/Masters in Business, Finance or Engineering
4-6 year experience of coding & project management
Expertise on using tools like Xceptor, Python, UI Path, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik sense
Unit testing of coding done for any solutions
Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
Awareness of business risk and compliance procedures
Ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, including immediate, short-term
