Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Identify key system and acceptance testing to be selected to a release regression test set
Support and improve the architecture of the automation framework
Execute and report at weekly and monthly basis the status of our platform on the different environments
Support developers and other QA team members in creating new automated scripts
Ensure coding standards and logical design patterns are respected
Provide constant input to Product Owners & Developers to improve test coverage
Be responsible of the test tool implementation, investigate and / or perform integrations with complementary tools
Manage test automation source code using GIT version control system
Create automated builds using continuous integration and deployment tool such as Bamboo
You will have a strong involvement in defining test strategy for testing products
Maintain inhouse test automation framework using JAVA with REst Assured
Execute, maintain and enhance the regression test suite
Supporting different projects and product testing with constant new developments in sight
Test automation solution integration with DevOps tools

Relevant experience :10 to 15 years
Education: Bachelors [B.E/MCA] or equivalent
Strong experience in designing and building automation testing framework for enterprise web application
Proven experience in designing and building API driven test framework
Strong experience with WebdriverIO, Puppeteer, selenium or similar UI test tools
Experience with java and javascript/Typescript
Hands on experience in creating and maintaining automated test suite
Strong experience in defining test scenarios from stories and acceptance criteria
Strong experience in DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline
Strong experience in producing reports, metrics and dashboard
Thorough understanding of user experience
Strong experience with iterative delivery using scrum/Kanban/SAFe
Strong experience in integration concepts –REST and SOAP principles, message based mechanism, authentication and authorisation models
Experience in tools such as Git, Maven, JIRA, confluence etc.
Product based mindset to software testing
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, think creatively with attention to detail
Ability to make decision, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome, identify risks/issues, share knowledge, collaborate, create content, and mentor testers
Nice to have Skills:
Experience with behaviour driven development using cucumber
Performance testing using tools such as JMeter, interpreting NFRs
Good grasp of security best practices
Understanding of domestic and cross border payments concepts Ex: SEPA and SWIFT
