Software Test Engineer (Manual + Automation)
Hansen Technologies, headquartered in Australia is a software product development company with flagship products built for the energy, utility, and tele-communications industries. Hansen software suites are developed to be cloud native with architectural and design philosophies based on microservices tenets.
Current position is for Telecom OSS/BSS product development team working on cloud native technologies.
Position: Automation Test Engineer
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Location: Pune/Hybrid
Roles and Responsibilities
Write and execute Non-Functional (performance) scenarios and functional test cases as per business requirements.
Develop performance test scripts using JMeter.
Should be well versed with different types of performance and load testing.
Create Performance test Plan.
Monitor performance tests and AUT using Cloud Native (AWS) tools and produce reports.
Deployment and testing on local or testing environments.
Keep Jira and Confluence updated as per established practices.
Identify performance bottlenecks and help dev team in tuning the performance.
Maintain the test environments.
Primary Technical Skills – Mandatory
Expert in writing new and maintaining existing Jmeter scripts for performance testing for both API and UI, Manual Testing, API Testing, Basics of OOPs, knowledge of one scripting/programming language, SQL, Monitoring using CN tools (Like Grafana and cloud watch), JConsole
Secondary Technical Skills – Good to have.

BE/BTech/MCA/MSc
Previous relevant work experience in established software companies, technology centres of Banks, Financial Institutions, Telecom Operators
