Introduction: Collaborate, communicate and coordinate with distributed team and deliver secure code with zero critical defects to productions. Support estimation of test engineering tasks Develop and test engineering solutions Involvement in troubleshooting and resolving defects with the development and DevOps teams. Should be able to write and execute test cases in automation test suites Sharing of re-usable components to test engineering colleagues and other test teams Deliver test engineering improvement initiatives Participate in agile development process, including daily scrum, sprint planning, code reviews and quality assurance activities What will you be doing Hands on Experience of Test Automation using Java or any other Object Oriented Programming Language Hands on Experience of Automation Framework Creation and Optimization. Good Understanding of API, Micro services and Test Methodologies for APIs. Hands on Experience of API Testing Tools like, SOAP UI, Postman, Insomnia and CA LISA DevTest. Good Understanding of Enterprise Level Implementation of APIs and API Deployment Platform. Experience in API Automation Frameworks Like Rest Assured, Karate. Experience in Service Virtualisation using Tools like CA Lisa, Wire Mock etc. Experience of working Build tools like apache ant, maven, and gradle. What we're looking for: Writing SQL Queries for Oracle Splunk Appdynamic Bit bucket/Stash Confluence Parasoft Skills that will help you in the role: Reflection Workspace (Mainframe) Python Putty Winscp CA LISA DevTest and Virtualization Application support and maintenance experience Experience of Cloud Technologies e.g. AWS. Understanding of Barclays Clearing Hub environments, aPaaS platforms, applications clients and monitoring solution.
