Job Title: ITAO / L3 Support
Location: Pune
Role Description - Summary:
ITAO / L3 Support is an excellent IT engineer, Communicator and is comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. They should have proven experience supporting applications and associated Infrastructure landscape.
Significant experience in technical solution implementation and support in Java and related technologies under RHEL / UNIX environment for a large enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Oversee the applications under management
• Ensure the application compliance with Deutsche Bank IT policies, manage software licenses and vendor products
• Enhance and support applications by L3 development, test, deploy and maintain software components
• Manage individual project or task priorities, deadlines and deliverables etc.
• Continuous improvement and planning
• Support the PO, Tech Analyst and Scrum Master
• Bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data
• Directly interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders in multiple regions
• Liaise with other technical areas, conducting technology research, and evaluating software required for maintaining the development environment
• Accountable for TRM compliances and Responsible for VRM as and when required
Competencies & Experience:
• Very good in communicating and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and efficient way and excellent English skills
• Solid experience in designing and developing scalable and distributed applications
• Able to install and configure DevOps tools
• Able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities of delivery
• Willing to collaborate across domains and regions, for efficiency in technology sharing and reuse
• Ability to research and become proficient in new technologies
Professional Experience & Skills:
• Proven and Hands on experience developing software solutions in Java in a collaborative environment
• Solid experience in Java, Java related technologies (for Front-end and middle layer) and Oracle (for backend) development
• Experience in DevOps configuration management tools
• Experience with tooling across the SDLC: Sonar, Crucible, J I RA, H P ALM, Confluence, Artifactory, Teamcity, Git/BitBucket etc.)
• Solid experience in regards of observability i.e. monitoring, logging, tracing, etc.
• Experience with Web (Apache), Application Servers (Tomcat) and database (Oracle, SQL/PL-SQL)
• Experience or knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience or Knowledge on job scheduling tools (tools like ControlM, Zena, Tivoli)
• Problem solving skills, ability to dive deep to find the root of the problem
