Introduction:
You will be working on Operational Data Lake(ODL), which is DMT's core operational data platform has been developed using cutting edge technologies. You will be working on designing and implementing solutions to enhance ODL and help on-boarding of new clients within RFT to ODL. This role requires working closely with data owner's /data consumers and help them to store/consume data to/from ODL.
What will you be doing?
• Responsible to ensure that the technical architecture of the solution is in line with the overall architecture strategy and is dynamic enough to scale to cover and manage all future requirements.
• Self-Motivated to instrument best practices for Solution Development.
• Understand business needs and work with them on getting requirements.
• Design and develop strategic solutions for client's requirement.
• Self-motivated to identify and deliver enhancements to the system to ensure the system is more robust, resilient and performant.
• Actively participate in daily scrums, sprint planning and release cycle.
• Work and coordinate with global development teams for all application changes.
What we're looking for:
• A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
• 8 – 12 years of experience in software testing
• Strong competency in Object oriented programming, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in Collections, Multithreading, OOPS, etc. Expertise in Test automation using Java, JUNIT/ TestNG Well versed with API/RESTful services automation, developing scripts and handling architecture improvements Experience in identifying, creating and developing of Test scenarios in Cucumber for a given feature Willing to continuously improvise on technologies as per project demands
• Good Problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Unix
