We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of software engineer
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
• Good Knowledge on automation tool
• Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web and Database applications
• Proven experience in writing automated test scripts using JavaScript
• Experience of using automation tools such as Selenium web driver IO (WDIO) / Cucumber etc
• Web UI Testing experience
• Knowledge of JIRA
• Accurately report and track testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes
• Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments
• Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve
• Identify and deploy automation solutions based on changing project needs
• Strong test execution experience
• Identification and collating test entry and exit criteria
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies.
• Good experience of executing defined test plans including coordination, tracking and reporting
• Good exposure of software/product test approaches
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience of testing tools
• Positive team player working as part of a large programme
• Test case review/QA for coverage and traceability to requirements/design
• Liaison with business areas/technical leads re SIT/OAT/UAT scenario definitions as required
• Analysis of design and other documents for testability
• Workload management and task scheduling
• Test preparation and execution: Business liaison, Participate in defect triage and review meetings, Agile basics including ceremonies, Kanban
• Previous experience within Identity and Access Management
• Any exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Skill set for the Automation Test Engineer (API, Automation, Testing)- Javascript/PHP/Java, API, Selenium, QMetry, Test Rail, BDD/TDD
