'- Delivery owned focus – Primarily focus on delivering value by driving test automation in an inclusive, staggered pragmatic way
Own the timelines, challenges and escalate early and drive the change
Optimize testing process by eliminating redundancy and archaic old processes while replacing them with new age automation and design thinking
Communicate extensively with transparency to build trust
Build Intellectual Property for the Bank
Embrace solutions which are Game Changers , reduce manual efforts with superior machine technology, without impacting coverage
Be the Primary Point of Contact for Automation Testing for identified systems.
Key Success Metrics:
'- Number of Processes/Workflows/Test Cases converted to Automation
Establishing and delivering to a Plan
Early Escalation when plans are in danger of slippage
Rate of Adoption of Newer Technologies and Processes
Team and Morale Building
