Responsibilities for Sales Manager
Set sales goals, compare performance to goals
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Recruit and train sales team.
Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product education.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Do a lot of travelling and work individually with every team members.
Achieve sales targets.
Qualifications for Sales Manager
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
Should be from automotive industry and should have worked with automotive industry like Tyre, Battery, Additives, Direct selling, Car dealership, Garage equipment, Automotive parts company, Oil marketing company Etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practice
Salary for Sales Manager
Minimum 30,000 to 60,000 per month plus Incentive Plus travelling allowance
Age for Sales Manager
Minimum 28 years to 35 Years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
