Job Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop and service team.
Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain high service quality.
Monitor and achieve workshop targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and workshop tools.
Implement processes to improve efficiency, safety, and profitability.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant field
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in automobile service management (Maruti Suzuki experience preferred)
Skills: Leadership, team management, problem-solving, customer handling, process optimization.
