Automobile supervisor

Full Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Automobile Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the workshop/service center. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, managing workflow, ensuring quality repair & maintenance, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the automobile workshop/service center.

Allocate work to mechanics/technicians and monitor performance.

Ensure timely completion of vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.

Inspect vehicles for quality checks before delivery to customers.

Maintain records of service, repairs, and spare parts inventory.

Coordinate with the service manager and provide technical support.

Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

2–5 years of experience in automobile service or workshop supervision.

Good knowledge of vehicle repair, servicing, and spare parts.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (preferred).
