2. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
3. Perform complex repairs, including engine overhauls and transmission replacements.
4. Use specialized tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicles.
5. Interpret technical manuals and diagrams to understand vehicle systems.
6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and explain repairs.
7. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
8. Meet productivity and efficiency targets.
