Sheehy Auto Mall of Hagerstown has an immediate opening for a Social Media Content Specialist who will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, engages customers, and celebrates employees across all platforms. This role will manage content creation for four dealerships and a collision center, ensuring consistent branding and messaging while driving engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Daily posts for all stores and body shop, monthly employee meeting highlights, holiday party coverage, Subaru Share the Love event, employee and customer spotlights, timeline videos of vehicle repairs.
Campaign & Event Coverage: Social media coverage for dealership events and community initiatives.
Brand & Online Presence: Build and maintain consistent branding across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Promotions & Offers: Post new car incentives, vehicle spotlights, service specials, and limited-time offers.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and provide monthly performance reports.
Requirements
Recent college graduate preferred; Marketing major strongly desired.
Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Basic knowledge of paid social advertising and SEO is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A passion for the automotive industry and a strong focus on customer engagement are a bonus.
