Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Representative (BDC) - Riverview Honda

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warranty and Internal Administrator
Daily opening and closing of all internal RO’s
Receiving all on line appointments
Updating customer files, address, phone, email and do not call lists
Daily filing of service RO’s
Ensuring warranty procedures are followed and adhered to
Handle customer complaints with integrity and confidence and, if necessary, direct customers to Service Advisor or other appropriate individuals.
Answer service telephones and, if necessary, take messages, assist or make appointments for customers.
Ensure work area is neat and clean and exhibit an informed, professional approach with all customers.
Assist all service staff with month-end repair order close out.
Attend all service department meetings.
Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Email and or contact Customers by phone to follow up on Service & Promotion emails
Contact Service Customers the following day after Service appointment to see if they have any questions or concerns related to the service received.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
Efficiency and accuracy of processing work orders, paperwork and service department documents daily
Positive feedback from advisors, parts and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
1–2 years’ related customer service experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license
SKILL & EFFORT:
Excellent communication and interpersonal customer-relation skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Detail oriented with solid analytical skills.
Manual dexterity for typing / keyboarding.
Ability to use credit card processing machines.
Good concentration abilities when dealing with numbers.
Computer literate.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Frequently manage deadlines.
Occasionally stand for prolonged periods.
Occasionally manage stressful situations with customers.
Occasional eyestrain related to computer use.
