Must have : CAN, C++, BMS, Embedded, I2C, Motor control External Skill & Expertise: Automotive embedded Software & Application Development for power train (Motor control/ BMS / Converters etc).
Application Development and Integration with base software layer (BSW). C/C++ Embedded software development on RTOS/Non-RTOS platform. Mandatory to have Automotive embedded software/application development experience, and should be able to write/modify code based on requirements.
Mandatory to have hands-on experience in different microcontrollers (ARM, Renesas, Freescale, Texas Instrument, or Infineon) based software applications using embedded C and should be able to work on other software development IDE.
Mandatory to have knowledge of communication protocol eg. UART, I2C, SPI, CAN. Mandatory to have experience with different low-level drivers eg: HWIO, I2C/SPI, WDT, UART, CAN, ADC, PWM, Timers, etc. Mandatory to have knowledge of the V-cycle process.
Mandatory to have software debugging skills and should be able to test different low-level drivers eg: HWIO, I2C, UART, CAN, ADC, PWM, LIN, Timers, etc.
Added advantage to having experience in working on CAN tools:
CANoe/PCAN/BusMaster, oscilloscope, etc.
The added advantage is having knowledge of layered architecture stack from driver to the application layer and being able to interface different layers
