The ideal candidate for this position must possess a valid OMVIC license and have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the automotive financing industry. Additionally, above-average computer skills are required, along with familiarity with DealerTrack.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs and concerns to provide exceptional service and achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
Cultivate sustainable relationships based on trust and integrity, establishing long-term customer loyalty.
Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information about each vehicle using established methods.
Adhere rigorously to all communication procedures and industry guidelines, including but not limited to OMVIC and MVDA standards.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, utilizing established tools to securely file relevant documents.
Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet and exceed performance targets.
Communicate promptly with clients via various channels, such as phone, email, or text, addressing inquiries and arranging appointments.
Understand current lender requirements and effectively match clients with suitable financing options based on their approval rates.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing established tools and methods, including DealerTrack and finance institutions, to facilitate smooth operations.
