Position Overview
We are excited to announce we are looking seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Automotive Business (Finance) Manager to join our team. at Carhub Automotive. Locations are Bolton & Thornhill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automotive Aftermarket Sales, experience working to secure funding for customers with our lenders, and be well versed in OMVIC regulations.
Duties
Help customers secure financing, ensuring loan terms, interest rates and payment schedules are explained.
Review credit applications and assess creditworthiness.
Sell F&I products -service contracts, gap insurance, and protection plans and aftermarket accessories.
Ensure all paperwork complies with local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Accurately complete and submit financing and leasing paperwork.
Act as the liaison between the customer and the lender.
Structure deals that maximize dealership profit while meeting customer needs.
Maintain detailed records of deals and product sales.
ongoing training for Sales staff on finance product knowledge and regulatory compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding financing options and terms.
Skills
Strong mathematical skills
Proven experience in the dealership industry
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate favorable financing deals for customers.
Background in sales to understand the impact of finance on overall business performance.
Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex financial issues.
