We’re transforming the way Australians buy cars — and that starts with top-quality vehicles and skilled technicians. As part of our growing operations team, you’ll be ensuring every car we deliver is safe, roadworthy, and ready for the road.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for qualified Automotive Mechanics to join our Villawood team. You'll inspect, repair, and prep vehicles to meet CARS24’s high standards before delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections
Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on brakes, suspension, engines, and more
Preparing vehicles for roadworthiness and compliance
Performing quality control checks before handover
Documenting all work completed for compliance and transparency
Collaborating with operations and delivery teams to keep things moving smoothly
Requirements
Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, RWC License or equivalent
Solid mechanical experience in a dealership or high-volume workshop
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
Great teamwork and communication skills
Current Australian driver’s licence
Willingness to undergo a police and background check
Bonus: RWC certification, or auto-electrical experience
