Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify the root cause of vehicle malfunctions. Perform brake system repairs, suspension work, and engine diagnostics. Repair or replace faulty parts, ensuring proper functionality and performance. Perform alignments and balancing services. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle condition and repair recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Ensure a clean and organized work environment. Test drive vehicles to confirm the quality of repairs. Assist in training junior mechanics as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certifications) are a strong advantage. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
