About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of vehicles, with a strong focus on Japanese makes, ensuring all servicing and repairs meet high safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults Perform routine servicing and maintenance Conduct vehicle inspections and testing Work on engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems Maintain accurate service records Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standardsRequirements Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience Experience working with Japanese vehicles (preferred) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary $76,515 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience)+ superannuation
