Automotive Mechanic/ Inspector

Based in our dynamic Granville facility, we’re looking for a passionate Automotive Inspector to inspect newly purchased and sourced vehicles for defects, ensuring every ride meets the highest standards. You'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with our sourcing team to bring only the best vehicles to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

Inspect newly acquired used cars at the facility for mechanical/ other integrity. Sometimes this might require travelling to our partner locations
Compare condition vs our company reconditioning standards and identify actions required
Safety check over and test drives
Identify required item repairs and cosmetic defects
Diagnose and fault find any issues with vehicles
Carry out required repairs to vehicles
Quality control and final inspection pre delivery
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver’s License – You’ve got the skills to drive both manual and automatic vehicles with ease.
Mechanical Knowledge & Experience – You’re no stranger to the inner workings of a car, and you know how to spot potential issues.
Time Management Mastery – You know how to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track.
Previous Vehicle Inspection Experience – You’ve got hands-on experience in inspecting vehicles and ensuring they’re in tip-top shape.
Clear Communication Skills – Whether it’s verbal or written, you’re able to communicate effectively and clearly.
Tech-Savvy – Basic knowledge of Excel/G-sheets, and you’re comfortable navigating iPhones/iPads like a pro.
Self-Starter Attitude – You thrive on taking initiative, managing tasks independently, and making things happen.
A “Nothing is Impossible” Mindset – With the right support, you believe that you can conquer any challenge!
Team Player – You’re excellent at collaborating and working seamlessly with different teams to achieve common goals.
