Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our collision center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnosing and fixing a wide range of vehicle issues. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Automotive Mechanic will work on various vehicle systems, including suspention, electrical systems, and more.

Duties

• Perform routine final inspections for delivey

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Remove and install suspention parts

• Conduct alignment, suspension work, and shocks & struts replacement.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various automotive repairs.

• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and other mechanical components.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and GM vehicles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics.

• Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in working with automotive electrical systems, mechanical components,suspention and alignment

• Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.

• Ability to perform auto body repair tasks as needed.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using both hand tools and power tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
