Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic for DTF (Direct to Film) or Sublimation Printers to join our team. As a DTF/Sublimation Printer Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of DTF and sublimation printers, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues specific to these types of printers will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality prints and satisfying our customers' needs.
• Responsibilities:
Install, set up, and configure DTF and sublimation printers according to manufacturer guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, calibrating, and replacing consumables (e.g., inks, printheads, belts).
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues specific to DTF and sublimation printers.
Replace faulty components, such as print heads, motors, sensors, and control boards.
Adjust printer settings and parameters to achieve optimal print quality and color accuracy.
Perform color profiling and calibration to ensure consistent and accurate output.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
Stay updated with the latest firmware updates and software releases for DTF and sublimation printers.
Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, to resolve printer issues.
Train and educate customers on printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
Keep detailed records of repairs, services, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to stay informed about new printer models, technologies, and advancements.
Qualifications:
Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, or IT) OR 10th-grade pass with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of DTF or sublimation printer technology and operations.
Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing DTF or sublimation printers.
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues specific to these printers.
Familiarity with printer hardware components, including printheads, motors, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new printer technologies and advancements

• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
