Automotive Mechanic (Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Richmond, BC

Wage: $19.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays depending on workflow
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Expected Hours: 30–40 per week

Azure Auto Gallery is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Richmond, BC. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

We’re seeking someone dependable, motivated, and hands-on with a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance—especially in engine and transmission replacement, repair, and swaps.

Key Responsibilities

MUST be able to replace, repair, and swap engines and transmissions.
Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Perform regular maintenance.
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble or repair vehicle components safely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the team to improve workflow and service quality.
Stay updated on automotive technologies and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications

Must currently reside in the Vancouver, BC area.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with various vehicles (cars, vans, trucks, etc.).
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in a dealership or auto repair shop setting is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable performing heavy lifting when required.
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
