Job Description
Conduct vehicle inspections, report findings to the Shop Manager, and record findings on work orders
Use electronic diagnostic equipment to support troubleshooting and diagnostics
Perform engine repairs
Perform transmission repairs
Complete brake replacements
Carry out exhaust repairs
Replace wheel bearings
Remove, repair, balance, and replace tires
Perform suspension work
Adjust alignments and suspensions
Complete oil, filter, and fluid changes
Skills:
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
Proven automotive repair ability across a wide range of service areas
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform basic math, read gauges, and interpret diagnostic equipment readouts
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and recommend appropriate solutions is considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Winnipeg, MB R3K 0X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
Automotive repair: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
Red Seal Certification in Automotive Repair (required)
