Writing estimates for insurance companies and private customers
Organising workflow and maintaining a productive team environment
Liaising with customers, workshop staff, and suppliers
Conducting quality controls on vehicles before customer collection
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the collision repair industry, proven ability to manage workflow and team dynamics, and strong customer service skills.
