Role Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in car and light commercial body repair and paintwork. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform fit and strip tasks.
• Complete panel replacements and fabrication work.
• Carry out dent repairs to a high standard.
• Prepare and mask surfaces quickly and efficiently.
• Perform paint spraying using both water-based and solvent-based paints.
• Deliver flatting and polishing work to an exceptional standard.
• Identify the best repair methods for various tasks.
• Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in paint spraying and panel beating.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in car and light commercial body repair.
• A strong work ethic and ability to deliver results without reworking.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
