Automotive Receptionist

We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist, with a happy to help attitude and a friendly demeanor to join the Lloydminster Honda team.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Answering multi-line telephone system and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel
Taking phone messages in a professional manner and ensuring proper and timely delivery
Greeting and acknowledging customers upon arrivals and exits
Maintain the customer coffee center and lounge
Managing office supplies and stock levels
Payment processing and completing daily cash out for customer deposits and service payments
Receive incoming mail and distribute, prepare outgoing mail and courier service
Administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing
Stocking in sales inventory and tracking relevant documentation required
Assist in accounting duties as required
Other duties may include Sales support and various data entry tasks
Skills and Attributes:
Able to work independently, with limited supervision
Reliable, punctual
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Detail oriented, organized
High attention to detail and accuracy
Willing to train a motivated individual!
