Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinisher red seal peffered but experienced non red seal also invited to apply to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and can consistently deliver professional paint finishes.
Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, (plastic and liquid mask ),priming
Mix and match paint colors accurately
Apply basecoat/clearcoat and other refinishing materials
Operate spray booths and refinishing equipment safely
Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finish
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines
Requirements
Previous experience as an automotive painter/refinisher
Knowledge of refinishing techniques and materials
Ability to color match and blend panels
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Collision repair or body shop experience red seal
Familiarity with waterborne paint systems
I-CAR or manufacturer certifications (a plus, not required)
