As the New Car Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the sales and performance of our new vehicle range. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and develop strategies to exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will set the standard for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience and team performance.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead, motivate, and drive the sales team to exceed targets, be results-oriented, maximising profitability across all areas of the Sales department, set high standards and introduce innovative ideas to enhance performance, and be passionate about taking our sales department to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Centre Principal to build and lead a strong team of Sales Executives, monitor their performance, ensuring continuous mentoring and support.
- Be responsible for the F&I performance of your department and lead this through your Sales controller.
- Maintain strong profitability levels in your department.
- Take lead responsibility for the ordering of cars to fulfil our discerning customers' needs with support of your administration function.
- Work with our marketing team throughout the year on exciting customer events activating the brand and our customer engagement.
- Offer a personal service to a small number of our longstanding customers in helping them with all Porsche requirements.
- Maintain rigid Porsche standards on an ongoing basis in line with our brand requirements.
